Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the registration manager at:

The percentage of refund will be as follows for valid cancellations:
- Up to 90 days prior to arrival, there will be a full refund with deducted bank charges.
- Up to 60 days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation charge of € 50.
- Less than 60 days prior to arrival – no refund
Non-payment of an issued invoice does not constitute a valid cancellation.
